Here is a shot of various figs with a ruler in the background. The shot was a little above the ground and it was from the bottom of the bases(20mm fender washers) so the ruler will not be 100% accurate but it should give a good idea of relative scale.

Sci Fi Japanese Corporation 15mm
Japanese Corp Power Armor
Two units of 6 each power armor. "yellow" and "red" teams as denoted by the insignia, uh... dots, on their shoulder pads.
I have two units. The first is in grey body armor with the unit symbol painted on the left shoulder plate. The second isn't based yet, but I put pictures up. Thye are in a new camo pattern I wanted to test out. It is a base green, with brown blobs and then random tiny white dots on top.
The camo unit.
And the grey body armored troops.

Sci Fi Kravak (predator) 15mm
Mechwarrior Power Armor 15mm)
These are some mechwarrior figures I cut off the clix bases and repainted/rebased. I bought quite a few of the MW power armor and picked out the ones that work OK with 15mm. They are a little small, but based up on a "hill" of putty they don't look that out of scale. I don't know any of the MW names for these, as I never played MW, but you should be able to check the wizkidsgames website to find out if you're interested.
These two are actually big enough and look good next 15mm figures.
These are the regular power armor. They are rougly 15-18mm tall each.
